You Are Not Alone

You are not broken. You are unmet.

This isn't just something you'll understand. It's something you'll feel — clearly, honestly, and in your body.

You built a beautiful life — and somewhere inside it, you went missing.

You're the one everyone leans on. The one who keeps it all moving. And no one quite sees what it costs you.

You watch other women living more loudly, more freely, more fully — and something in you aches.

You handle, you give, you carry on. And quietly, underneath, you grieve the woman you used to be.

What This Experience Is

A quiet, intentional returnto yourself.

Wild Woman Reclamation Day is a three-hour live experience for fifteen women who are ready to stop performing the life they have, and start listening to the one that's still waiting underneath.

This is not a webinar. It is not a course. It is a held, unhurried container — part coaching, part guided inquiry, part embodied integration — including guided somatic practices and sound-based integration — designed for the woman who knows something inside her is asking to come back online.

You will leave knowing exactly where the Wild Woman in you wants to be met next.

What You'll Walk Away With

You won't leave with a worksheet. You'll leave with yourself.

By the end of our three hours together, this is what you'll carry home.

  1. 01

    Clarity on what's actually yours

You'll see — without guilt — which parts of your life are still aligned, and which parts you've quietly outgrown.

  2. 02

    A reconnection to desire

Not a vision board. A real felt sense of what you want, what you've muted, and what's ready to come back to life.

  3. 03

The end of 'happening to me'

You'll walk out remembering you have agency — to refine, remove, redesign, and choose again.

  4. 04

    One clear next move

You'll leave knowing the exact area of your life that is asking for Wild Woman energy now — and how to begin.

  5. 05

A return to your own voice

Self-trust, self-honesty, self-love — not as concepts, but as something you can feel again.

  6. 06

    Quiet courage

The kind that doesn't need permission. The kind that finally lets you mean what you say.

This Work Lands In Your Body

This isn't just insight.It's integration.

Throughout the experience, you'll be guided into moments of stillness, breath, and sound — allowing what opens for you to actually settle into your nervous system.

Using Tibetan singing bowls, gentle sound, and guided rest, we move beyond understanding… and into embodiment.

Because real change doesn't happen when you think differently. It happens when your body is finally able to receive something new.

"
Nicole helped me gain incredible clarity on my purpose and direction in a short amount of time. After a season of chaos and transition, I felt lighter, clearer, and reconnected to my path.

"
Nicole created a space where I could finally hear myself again. I left feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to what I truly need in this season of life.

Adrianna B.

"
Our work together helped me reconnect with a creative part of myself I thought I had lost. That reconnection changed the direction of my life and work.

"
Sharing with a group of like-minded women experiencing similar patterns and fears helped me feel less alone. It felt like a safe space to explore my fears and doubts, and Melissa's presence added so much warmth and grounding. It also helped me take action—creating a grief ritual with friends and stepping into my new role as a somatic coach on a podcast.

Debby G.

Somatic Coach

"
Melissa's breathwork helped settle my nervous system, and Nicole's sound bath gave me a real moment of quiet that helped me understand where I was internally. I realized play has been missing from my life, and I'm leaving inspired to bring more joy, awareness, and aliveness into my days.

Ashley T.

School Counselor

"
I gained a deeper awareness of how tension can live in many parts of my being, which was powerful to recognize in such a gentle way. I discovered that openness is key for me, and that I'm allowed to participate in whatever way feels comfortable in the moment. I'm leaving feeling more aware overall—and more generous with myself.

Why This Is Different

Not another scroll.A room that meets you.

01

Not more content. A real conversation.

You don't need another saved post or downloaded PDF. You need a room — a real one — where someone is listening, and where what you say matters.

02

Small by design. Fifteen women only.

This is not a stage and an audience. It's a circle of fifteen women who can actually be seen, heard, and met where they are.

03

Psychologically deep. Never performative.

Rooted in Jungian work and inner truth — not affirmations, not hype, not borrowed empowerment language.

04

Built for the woman who's done pretending.

If your life looks fine on the outside but feels off on the inside, this is the room that finally tells the truth with you.
